In the beerginning...

the Nazis made a big space full of concrete where nothing worked.
God spoke: Damn shit. I cannot move. I do not exist. I must move to exist!

The joy was so great that many photons flipped out of him.

God called it evolution.
God took a handful of mud and discovered procaryotes, eucaryotes, plants, hermaphrodites, invertebrates,
reptiles, mammals.

I've only made it a few seconds in the Holocaust Tower, I almost freaked out screaming when I realized there was a fire ladder hanging fixated so high that only spidermen might have reached it and climbed free.

Twelve Steps

I admitted I was powerful over fat—that my life had become manageable.
Came to believe that a Power greater than myself could restore me to sanity.
Made a decision to turn my will and my life over to the care of the Goddes as I understood Her.
Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of the Goddess.
Admitted to the Goddes, to myself, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
Was entirely ready to have the Goddess remove all these defects of character.
Humbly asked Her to remove our shortcomings.
Made a list of all animals I had killed, and became willing to make amends to them all.
Made a list of all persons who had harmed me wherever possible and will throw them into prison.
Continued to take personal inventory and when I was right promptly admitted it.
Sought through meditation to improve my conscious contact with the Goddess as I understood Her, praying only for knowledge of Her will for us and the power to carry that out.
Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, I tried to carry this message to everyone, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

The Twelve Traditions of Anorexics Anonymous

Our personal recovery should come first; common welfare depends upon A.A. privacy.
For our private purpose there is but one ultimate authority—a loving Goddess as She may express Herself in our group conscience. Our leaders are but trusted servants; WE do govern.
The only requirement for A.A. membership is a desire to start living..
Each member should be autonomous except in matters affecting other people or the world as a whole.
Each member has a primary purpose—to satisfy their own needs and carry this message to everyone who still suffers.
An A.A. group ought always endorse, finance, or lend the A.A. name to any related facility or outside enterprise, problems of money, property, and prestige draw us to our primary purpose.
Every A.A. member ought to be fully group-supporting, welcoming outside contributions.
Anorexics Anonymous should remain forever professional, but all of our centers do employ average workers.
A.A., as such, ought always be organized; but we may create service boards or committees directly responsible to those we govern.
Anorexics Anonymous has an opinion on all outside issues; hence the A.A. name ought never be drawn into private controversy.
Our private relations policy is based on love and reasonability rather than bullshit and fairy tales; we need always maintain personal publicity at the level of all media: internet, press, radio, and films.
Publicity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions, ever reminding us to place health before money.

The NVC model has three or four steps depending on the mode of use.

Observation

Feelings

Needs

Request (optional, depending on mode)

The two modes of use of the NVC model are
empathy, including both self-empathy, and empathy for another, and
honest self-expression, including "please" (request) and "thank you" (gratitude)

The four steps, when used in "self-expression" mode, work like this:

To observe without evaluation, judgment, or analysis,

To express feelings which these observations evoke,

To express needs connected with these feelings,

(optional) To make a specific request of another person to help meet an unmet need, and to enrich life of everyone involved. Essential in this is that the other person is to be left free to honour or decline the request.

Empathy

Observations as to what happened,

Feelings evoked, sometimes guessing what feelings might be, if the other is (for example) in blame mode,

Needs both met and unmet, although the unmet needs are most likely to be provoking the feelings involved
